Your order

These terms apply to the downloadable workflow pack, edition and licence in your order. You must have capacity to contract; a person ordering for an organisation must have authority to do so. A professional-looking product or a business checkbox does not automatically remove consumer rights.

Before payment we identify the included files, intended functionality, requirements, limits, price/currency, applicable taxes, delivery, licence, support and refund conditions. Any subscription or usage charges for connected services are separate and disclosed where required. No recurring charge to us applies unless a separate subscription is explicitly offered and accepted; the current offer is a one-time download.

You can review and correct the order before placing it. The contract is formed when we send the order acceptance/confirmation after successful payment. If we cannot accept or supply an order, we will explain and promptly return any payment. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to cancel accepted orders or retrospectively change what you bought.

The confirmation and supplied policy version record the agreed content. English is the contract language; any mandatory local-language requirements must still be met. Prices and tax treatment applicable to your order are shown before payment. An obvious mistake will be addressed transparently under applicable law, not by an automatic right to rewrite an accepted price.

The files and licence

You receive original workflow JSON files and the other materials expressly listed for your edition. You install them in an n8n environment you independently control. Unless expressly included, we do not supply software hosting, provider subscriptions/credits, account approval, custom implementation or managed operation. The licence covers one legal entity: your own business or one named end client. Paid configuration and handover for that one client are allowed. Another client requires another purchase. It does not transfer ownership or permit standalone template resale.

Only functions actually described for the purchased edition are promised. Product illustrations explain the process; demonstrations labelled as synthetic are not evidence of real business results. The product page and compatibility manifest identify what was checked and any untested live integration. Read those requirements before purchase.

Use and responsibility

Follow the installation and acceptance guide, configure authorised accounts and test with synthetic data before production. You control permissions, recipients, destinations, backups and the data you choose to process. Review generated output and required approval steps. Do not send passwords or unredacted customer records to support.

You are responsible for lawful use of your connected data and communications, including relevant consent and provider rules. Purchasing a template does not itself make your deployment compliant with every regulation. We remain responsible for our own supplied content, instructions and representations.

Functionality, support and remedies

We undertake to supply the functionality and quality agreed for the edition under its disclosed requirements and applicable legal standards. The Support policy describes included setup guidance and corrective maintenance. Limits on voluntary assistance do not remove legal conformity obligations or required updates.

We do not promise revenue, profit, sales volume, conversion uplift, a specific time saving or particular AI content. Examples and demonstrations are not earnings forecasts. This distinction cannot excuse a missing promised feature or misleading compatibility information.

The Delivery and Refunds policy provides no voluntary change-of-mind refund for purchases made after that condition is shown before payment. Mandatory withdrawal rights, conformity remedies, refunds and payment-dispute rights remain available where applicable. Earlier purchases retain the refund policy and commitments agreed for those orders. No blanket “as is” or general exclusion of responsibility applies. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct, fraud or gross negligence where applicable. Third-party dependency alone is not an exclusion of our obligations.

Privacy and third parties

The Privacy and Cookie notices describe store data processing separately from these terms. Acceptance of a contract is not automatic consent to advertising, newsletters or non-essential tracking. The downloaded files do not give us permission to access your n8n instance or customer data. Provider terms continue to apply to the services you connect. No affiliation with n8n, Meta, Google, HubSpot, Slack, Trello or other named providers is implied.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes information about visits and purchases, including to provide enhanced services based on interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Our Privacy Policy explains the related processing and your choices.

Complaints and disputes

Contact support@workflowlibrary.store with your order reference and the issue. We aim to respond within two Italian business days; this does not extend legal deadlines. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, we will provide the information required by applicable law about an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body and whether we participate. We do not claim an ADR membership or obligation that has not been verified.

Italian law governs the contract to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Consumers may use the courts available under mandatory jurisdiction rules. These terms do not impose an exclusive Italian forum on consumers or compulsory arbitration.

Changes to these terms apply to future purchases only unless a lawful, transparent separate arrangement applies. If a clause is unenforceable, mandatory law applies and the remainder continues where it can fairly do so.
