One purchase, one legal entity

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use and modify our original workflow files, scripts and documentation for one legal entity: your own business OR one named end client. The authorised entity is identified for this purchase and recorded with the order. These are two permitted ways to allocate the same one-entity licence, at the same product price; one purchase does not cover both entities or multiple clients. Base and Gold Plus describe functionality, not different resale rights.

The supplied version may continue to be used without a subscription fee, subject to these terms. Permanent compatibility with third-party services is not guaranteed.

For your own business: the files may be used in that entity's internal operations. Its staff and contractors may access them only to work for that entity, under confidentiality and these restrictions. Multiple internal projects and development, testing, staging and production installations for the same entity are allowed.

For one client: a freelance implementer or agency may configure the purchased pack for the named end-client legal entity, charge for configuration, handover and support, and hand over the configured files and documentation to that client. Use an n8n instance that the client independently owns or contracts for. The client receives the internal-use rights above. The implementer may retain a backup and working copy solely to support that client. Subcontractors may work on the same implementation but gain no separate reuse rights. The client must be identified before handover; no credentials or customer records are needed in that identification.

Another client or separate legal entity requires another purchase. An unused client allocation may be reassigned before first handover. Follow the guide to isolate resource IDs, database namespaces and credentials across installations.

Redistribution and third-party software

You may not redistribute, share publicly, sublicense, sell, give away, upload to a template library, or repackage the supplied files as a standalone download, template collection or competing library. Cosmetic changes do not remove this restriction. PLR, MRR and standalone source-pack resale are not included. The configured handover to the one authorised client described above is permitted; an unlimited agency library or client self-service platform is not.

You may use ordinary outputs generated by your permitted operation for the authorised entity's business, subject to the rights of people and third parties involved. We claim no ownership of your customer data, original additions or those ordinary outputs. You may show a demonstration of your implementation without making the purchased source files available. Mandatory rights and separate third-party licences remain unaffected.

We retain ownership of our original materials. The purchase supplies no n8n software, hosted instance, enterprise features, third-party subscriptions or credentials. Obtain and comply with the relevant software and service licences separately. Our file licence does not grant permission to host or white-label n8n for others. App names identify compatibility only; no endorsement or affiliation is claimed.

Refunds and material licence breach

A full refund ends the licence for the refunded material: stop using it and delete working copies and backups under your control, except a copy kept solely where legally required. If the material was handed to the authorised client, the implementer must also arrange cessation and deletion by that client. A partial refund affects only the clearly identified refunded material. Ordinary business records and outputs already lawfully produced need not be deleted merely because a licence ends.

If there is a material licence breach, we will notify the purchaser and give 14 calendar days to remedy it where it is capable of remedy. We may suspend further download access to stop ongoing unauthorised redistribution. Any termination must be proportionate and does not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defects.
