Workflow Library is operated by TRUST DIGITAL AGENCY DI FALBACI ALESSIO, impresa individuale (sole proprietorship), Via Rampa delle Palme 2, 00060 Castelnuovo di Porto (Roma), Italy. VAT No. IT17062731009. Business Register of Rome; REA RM-1695490. Contact: support@workflowlibrary.store.

Cookies and related technologies store or access information on a device. Essential technologies support requested functions such as cart, checkout, security, authentication and remembering privacy choices. Optional purposes can include analytics, personalisation and advertising. Where prior consent is required, optional purposes must wait for that consent.

Cookie choices

Our Shopify cookie-consent banner is configured for all supported regions, including checkout. Use the banner's controls to accept or reject optional purposes, or open preferences to review the available choices. Refusing optional processing does not prevent purchase or access to the purchased download.

Continuing to browse, scrolling, paying or downloading is not consent. Use the cookie-preference controls to review, change or withdraw an earlier optional choice. Withdrawal applies to future optional processing and does not invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact support@workflowlibrary.store if you need help exercising an applicable choice.

Where applicable, Shopify also provides a data-sharing opt-out mechanism for relevant sale, sharing or targeted-advertising choices. The same applicable choices must be respected by browser and server-side processing; changing the transmission method does not remove those requirements.

Meta advertising measurement

We have configured a browser-based Meta Pixel for optional advertising measurement. Subject to the privacy choices and consent requirements below, it is intended to help us understand how visits and purchases relate to our advertising. This is separate from the processing needed to take payment and deliver your purchased files. Our current configuration does not use the server-side Meta Conversions API.

The configured events cover eligible page visits, product views, additions to the cart, starting checkout, reaching the payment-information step and completing checkout. They use the Meta event names PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, AddPaymentInfo and Purchase. Event details can include product-variant identifiers, product or cart value and currency, purchase value and currency, and a technical event identifier derived from the order identifier. A payment-step event does not mean that payment-card details are included in our event payload.

When the Meta software loads and communicates with Meta, technical data can also be received, including the IP address, browser and device information, cookie or related identifiers, page URL and referring URL, including checkout context. Disabling advanced matching does not make this information anonymous. In this configuration, we do not add customer names, email addresses or phone numbers as advanced-matching fields, and advanced matching is disabled.

The Shopify custom-pixel settings are configured to require both Marketing and Analytics permissions and to respect the relevant sale or sharing opt-out choice. Optional measurement must not start where a required consent has not been given, and applicable refusal or withdrawal choices must be respected. Use the cookie banner and preference controls described above to make or change those choices; buying or downloading is not consent. Refusing optional Meta measurement does not prevent purchase or download.

Measurement depends on the applicable privacy choices, browser restrictions and technical availability. It may be incomplete and does not establish that every visit or purchase has been recorded.

Meta receives permitted event and technical information as an external provider. Meta explains its processing, which can also support the delivery and personalisation of ads and the operation, security and improvement of its services, in its Privacy Policy and Business Tools Terms. Those documents explain Meta's retention rules and applicable controls; we do not state a single fixed duration for every Meta technology or event here. Our own controller details, contact point and applicable rights remain set out in this page and our Privacy notice.

Shopify information

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify's Cookie Policy describes Shopify technologies, purposes and durations. Its Consumer Privacy Policy explains related processing and rights, and its privacy portal provides additional request tools.

Our Privacy notice identifies the controller, order/support processing and retention criteria. Essential operation and optional purposes remain separate. A generic provider list does not mean every possible technology is used on every visit or for every purpose.
